Cora is passionate about supporting the development of others. Whether working with teams or individuals, she is relentlessly helping people get unstuck and move forward in life. Her encouraging words inspire and embolden people to be their authentic selves.
Cora has been mentoring others with Youth With a Mission since 2001 and has been a full-time team leader, mentor, and trainer with Restoring Connections since 2019.
She is an accredited CliftonStrengths Coach for Individuals, Teams, and Partnerships. Her Strengths Coaching approach is positive, open, warm, and creative. She provides a safe place for others to examine what brings them alive and how their strengths complement others.
In 2024, Cora became a certified Enneagram Coach, having completed her training with the iEQ9 Learning Center. Extending her passion for helping people understand their strengths, Cora is also passionate about helping people understand their core motivations, desires, and fears. Her depth of experience, insights, empathy and attentiveness to others lead to a deeply rewarding and empowering outcome for those she coaches.
She is “Dare to Lead” trained in combating shame and rising strong in the face of difficulty.
Cora loves design, aesthetics, and hospitality. She brings her cross-cultural flair to help create beautiful spaces, events, and community environments.
